Core technical characteristics

(i) High-precision analogue signal processing

The GE DS200TCCBG1BED demonstrates excellent precision in analogue signal processing. With a resolution of up to 16 bits for analogue inputs, it is capable of meticulously classifying input signals into 65536 levels. 

This means that even extremely small signal variations can be accurately captured. Taking the output signal of a common temperature sensor as an example, assuming that the output range of the sensor is 0 - 100°C corresponding to a 0 - 5V voltage output, the DS200TCCBG1BED module can accurately distinguish the voltage signal change corresponding to a temperature change of about 0.0015°C, providing an extremely accurate data base for industrial control systems. In terms of analogue output, the module also offers excellent accuracy, with an output precision of ±0.1% FS (full scale). 

When it is necessary to output a standard 4 - 20mA current signal to control the actuator, the output current error can be strictly controlled within a very small range over the entire range, ensuring that the actuator operates accurately and precisely as expected, and meeting the stringent requirements for control accuracy in industrial production. 

(ii) Abundant channel configurations and signal type support

This analogue input and output module has multiple channels, which can be flexibly configured according to the actual industrial control requirements. 

The channels can either work independently to connect different types of sensors and actuators, or can be grouped to build more complex control logic. In an automated chemical production process, some channels can be configured as input channels for temperature sensors, some as input channels for pressure sensors, and others as analogue output channels for controlling the opening of control valves.

In addition, the module supports a wide range of common analogue signal types, including voltage signals (e.g. 0-5V, 0-10V), current signals (e.g. 4-20mA), as well as thermocouples and RTDs. 

This enables it to be adapted to a wide range of different types of sensors and actuators in the industrial field, greatly expanding its range of applications and playing an important role in both the traditional industrial field and the emerging smart manufacturing scenarios.
