Quality Assurance

(I) Production Process

GE's high standard production process is strictly followed during the production process. The circuit boards of the control modules are assembled using high-precision surface mount technology (SMT) to ensure that the electronic components are installed with micron-level precision. Each soldered joint is strictly inspected, and X-ray inspection equipment is used to check whether there are defects such as false soldering and voids inside the soldered joints, so as to ensure the reliability of the circuit board's electrical connection. The module shell is made of high-strength, fire-resistant, anti-electromagnetic interference engineering plastics. During the injection moulding process, the dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength of the shell are ensured through precise control of mould temperature, pressure and other parameters. 

(ii) Quality Inspection

Before the products leave the factory, they have to go through several rounds of strict quality testing. First of all, the function test is carried out to simulate various industrial field environments, and comprehensively test the functions of the control module, such as the accuracy of the input and output signals, the stability of the communication function, and the correctness of the control algorithm. Then the environmental adaptability test, the module will be placed in high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, strong electromagnetic interference and other harsh environments, to test whether its performance is still stable. For example, in the high temperature 85 ℃, relative humidity 85% of the environment for 72 hours of continuous operation, the module indicators can still meet the standard requirements, to ensure its reliable operation in complex industrial environments.
